Lake 1
Lake 1 is over 90% full at this time. The final level will be determined based on previous water levels. The pumping will then be stopped and the lake level monitored to determine the effectiveness of the new clay barrier. When the renovation is determined successful the electrical work for the water gauges will be installed as well as the electrical lines for the fountains. The fountains will be installed and the lake will be restocked with fish from lakes within the community at a time when the fish will not be stressed by the harvesting process. The restocking of the fish and the installation of the fountains and water level gauges will be scheduled by the lake management company.
Lake 4
The work on the clay liner has been completed. The contractor is working on the remediation of the work area including adding topsoil to the work area and resodding the area. A final survey of the lake has been performed to insure it complies to construction specifications and a final inspection of the work will be performed by the engineering company. Once the work has been approved the lake will be filled. Filling the lake should take about 5 to 6 weeks. Once the lake is filled the lake level will be monitored for the effectiveness of the work and the water level gauges and the fountain will be installed.
